Hey there! My name is Sasha. I'm a small biz owner and an author writing under the pen name SK Reid.

I'm passionate about helping people find purpose, meaning, and reclaim hope, especially after experiencing loss, grief, trauma and other difficult life challenges that leave us feeling depleted and drained. What is the difference between Soothe Meditation 1 and 2?

Soothe Meditation 1 has an introduction for people who haven't used the Guided Relaxation program before.
The introduction shows you how to set up your space and what to do before commencing your Guided Relaxation.

I haven't practised meditation before. Is this suitable for beginners?

You don't need any experience of guided meditation or relaxation to experience the benefit of Soothe Meditation. The Soothe Meditation 1 and 2 are great for beginners and those with some experience alike!

What exactly is Guided Meditation?

Guided meditation helps you go into deep relaxation with the guide of a narrator to talk you through the steps to relaxation. It achieves a similar effect to non-guided relaxation. Still, it is ideally suited to people who prefer to be guided through the steps of relaxation.

What is the difference between meditation and relaxation?

In many respects, there is overlap between the two, and some people use the words interchangeably to mean the same thing. Some regard meditation as more of a practice to still the mind, even though the body may or may not be relaxed. Guided meditation is focussed more on the overall experience, with the relaxation of the body the main aspect.

I'm not a spiritual person. Can I still use the Guided Meditation?

You don't need to belong to any religion or spiritual practice to use the meditations. However, Soothe Meditation 1 and 2 can be part of your spiritual practice!

Will there be more Soothe Guided Meditation programs available?

Yes!

Can I copy and share the audio file?

We rely on people's honesty to not copy and share. The program is protected by International Copyright Law, and any breach of this law is an infringement of copyright.
